What are the metal parts of s420s cartridges made of?
The metal pieces of our products are made of SnCo (Tin-Cobalt) plated brass that has been successfully FDA tested and approved.

What can your cartridges be filled with?
Our cartridges can only be filled with approved cannabis oils and cannot be used for tobacco-derived products such as tobacco, eJuice, or eLiquid.

What safety information is available around s420s products?
Formal documentation around the safety of our products can be requested by legal and authorized cannabis companies. Please contact info@s420s.com with your documentation requests.
What are the safety protocols that s420s follows for their products?
s420s uses materials compliant with the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for all parts that encounter oil or the consumer. Additionally, all components that are wetted are compliant with FDA food-grade standards.
Does s420s test its products for potentially dangerous materials?
S420S tests every product that is created in our production facilities for dangerous materials,
especially for heavy metals. Our engineering team conducts tests, that comply with Phase 3
California compliance as a benchmark, to show the safety of the ceramic used in products and
conduct a host of heavy metal testing for cartridges.
Are the atomizers in s420s cartridges pre-wetted?
s420s cartridges are made with ceramic wicks containing dry, unprimed atomizers. These
ceramic wicks are only wetted once the reservoir is filled with oil.

Do S420s cartridges contain Brass?
s420s uses plated brass SnCo in the cartridges metal components. All products contain a low
lead brass that has been tested to satisfy FDA food-grade standards.

How s40s power supplies safe?
All s420s products include short-circuit protection that disables output upon a short detection. All rechargeable products include overcharge protection to guard the battery cell. S420s battery cells are also accounted for, including Li-ion battery cells used in our products, which meet the requirements of UN38.3. This ensures air transportation safety.
